I enjoyed the upgrade i received to a lovely suite. i also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. breakfast was very good. I found the service great.

Fantastic stay!
comfortable bed diverse coffee
i was happy with the room i booked, a beautiful double room. The bed was comfortable, and i slept very well. The bathroom had a nice full bath. There were diverse coffee capsules available, a plus for the early mornings. I appreciated the comfy bathrobes provided in the room too.
i found that the gym was a bit small. i could not find a free treadmill (i think there were only a few). i wish there were more options and some more space for exercising.

Staff members were polite and handled requests efficiently. Bruna was especially helpful with making my experience better. I appreciated the promptness of service at all times of the day.

underwhelming experience
shower design strong door
the location is good. it's near several transportation options.
i was not happy with several aspects of my stay. the shower design is awful and the bathroom floods easily. also, the door slams every time because the closing mechanism is overly strong.

mixed feelings about this stay
clogged shower head loud blind
the location was convenient for getting around.
I had some issues . the shower head was clogged, so the water pressure was terrible. also, the electronic blind made an unbelievably loud noise. It was almost comical but quite annoying.
