I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit noisy overlooking a courtyard until late, were well-equipped with nice complimentary products. The service was impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who remember you by name quickly. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, especially the East Wing which was perfect for us. The service was extremely helpful, although room service took longer than expected.
